This is a wonderful, newer construction unit in Azusa. This duplex has long term tenants so rents have a big upside. Both tenants are on month to month agreements. The units need attention, but have 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths each, there are separate meters for all of the utilities. The front unit has a small front yard and the rear has a separate yard as well. Azusa is a much better choice than some of the surrounding cities with much more stringent rent control ordinances. This wont last so come to one of the preset open houses dates and lets put a deal together.
