Glen Henderson is a consummate professional: extremely knowledgeable, experienced, savvy, possessed of sound judgment and, most importantly, honest. You cannot go wrong with this gentleman.
Glen represented me in the sale of a high-end condominium apartment in San Diego. I retained Glen after interviewing several other real estate agents. Given his engaging personality and obvious sophistication, he was the stand-out candidate from the start. Glen assessed the situation and explained my options: sell the apartment in as-is condition, or renovate it and sell it for much more. Glen recommended the renovation option and walked me through his plan which, he informed he, he had implemented on prior occasions. Since I am on the East Coast, I would have to entrust Glen with everything--a scary proposition. In the end, I chose to believe in Glen and left it all in his hands. Bottom line:
I've never made a better decision.
Glen oversaw the entire renovation project and all it entailed. From start to finish he always put my interest first and went the extra mile for me--dealing with contractors, subcontractors, the condominium board of directors, and all the rest. His staging and marketing of the finished product paid-off more than handsomely for me. I've never been so well taken care of by a professional in any line of work.
